All incoming raw materials are received by the warehouse manager using an RFID card. Materials required for production are assigned to the responsible employee or department, and they also confirm receipt via RFID, thereby accepting full material responsibility. Every issued material is automatically recorded in the system, indicating which department or order it was allocated to. Any leftover materials returned from production, as well as finished goods returned by customers, are re-accepted from the employee or contractor and registered in the system.
